Adds more dynamic dirt to tires. Dirt is applied separately on each wheel depending on the ground.

Update 1.0.2.0: – Added support for speedRotatingParts, if they reference a physical wheel
Update 1.0.1.0: – Increased time it takes to dirty/clean wheels. Wheels are not cleaned as much anymore on roads or grass.

    Hey, I have found an issue with this mod I believe. When I’m driving the Massey Ferguson 8700 at full speed the front tires stop rotating. Only the side walls of the front tires continue to rotate/ spin.

    This may be an issue with this mod or the 4Real Ground response.
