However, this changes fundamentally with the extended helpers. From now on, helpers have names and must first be hired so that they can work for you. If a helper is hired, you pay wages for this helper, whether you send him to work or not, it doesn’t matter, the basic wage still has to be paid. If you send him to work, he gets paid a little more on top of the basic wage for the work he does. But that’s not all, the helpers are basically not experts in the field (they have never been good at GIANTS), but they have to learn. You may have a few skills, but are far from perfect. For every activity that a helper can perform, it is also possible for the helper to gain experience and thus become better.
