Can’t get the mod to work either
It works for me, you just need to be near a workshop – as close as you can get the vehicle/equipment to it.
You can buy a workshop for £15,000 and place it nearer home.
Doesn’t work on PS4. With toolbox, at the shop. It only says customize or direct sale.
